What makes your hosting plans unique?
We will not just host your website but we will help you with setting up the DNS records, install the SSL certificate, optimize PHP for your website, and fully manage your web hosting so you can focus on running your website and business. We can also take care of your website upkeep and security for an additional fee.
Most other web hosting companies only provide you with a hosting account and you will be responsible for setting things up. That is not us, we actually take care of this for our customers, so it is easy to make the change to Canadian web hosting.
What sites do you host?
We mainly host websites that were built with WordPress. Our servers are fully optimized to run WordPress smoothly and our tech staff is also very capable of handling any WordPress issues promptly.
The icing on the cake is that we migrate your website to our servers, located in Canada and we help you with setting up the SSL certificate and the DNS records.
I am a website designer or marketing agency; Can I hire you for my customers?
We collaborate with many web developers, designers, marketing agencies, etc. Please contact us to discuss the options. We make sure that yuor customers receive the best services from us.
What is your turnaround time after reporting an issue?
It depends on the time of the day that you report the issue with us. Typically, during daytime, we can work on your request within a few hours after reporting. And if you are on our technical maintenance plan, you will have priority support.
Help, my website is showing issues, what do I do?
First: don’t panic. Second: Submit a request in our customer portal and we will look into the matter. Most issues can be solved promptly when you have a subscription to our technical website maintenance website plan.
My website was built by someone else. Can I still sign up?
In most cases we can take on any WordPress website. However, a few websites contain a lot of very outdated custom code that we won’t take on. So, in most cases we can help maintain your WordPress website, no matter who built it and what plugins are used.

Can I hire you for other website work?
Absolutely! We provide a full scala of website and hosting services and it is best that you reach out to us to discuss the options. We are flexible and our existing customers benefit from discounted rates for additional services that we provide.
Will you lock me in a contract?
We don’t lock you in a contract and our philosophy is to provide excellent website hosting and maintenance services. If you want to cancel then we will refund the unused time (minus 1 month) that you have prepaid.
Do you provide email services?
Yes we do. However, our email services are separate from our hosting and maintenance services since it is best practice to have emails hosted on dedicated mail servers. We provide very affordable email alternatives to Google and Microsoft. Our plans start at CAD $5.- per 10GB and we are not charging per mailbox. This allows you to create unlimited mailboxes, forwarders, and aliases within the storage space allowance. Reach out to us if you want to learn more about our email services.
